It's no secret that community is the key to success and true happiness. We need others around us no matter who we are. Honestly, without my mini communities supporting me and cheering me on along the way, I'd be living such a different life. From my family, church community, friends, and my blog friends reading this post (y'all have made such a HUGE impact on my life!), each community has all played a huge part in helping me get to where I am today.
Everyone in life has the opportunity to be part of an amazing community of people. Just a few quick details about Katy Perry's INDI products-- first things first, they smell amazing! I know that sometimes it's a little hard to imagine what a perfume smells like just by reading about it, but to me, it is the perfect fall scent. The perfume is artfully crafted with eleven different musks that blend beautifully with top notes of oriental plum and Italian bergamot. The combination of fresh muguet and white cedar wood mingle with the velvety warmth of amber and vanilla.

It's so super simple to apply--hold the bottle six inches from your body, and spray on your neck & wrists, then mist the air above your head, and walk through it for a lasting impression. I usually do three sprays, and it's the perfect amount! I actually wore Katy Perry's INDI Body Mist before the fragrance, and when I walked into work, I got so many compliments on how amazing I smelled when I walked past my team!

We all play a part in our beautiful adventure.
If you would have told me even two years ago that I would have the blogging community that I have now, I would have called you crazy. But in this community, I have found lasting friendships and a community that I would never be able to find anywhere else. We support each other, we help each other answer blogging questions, and we encourage each other to reach out to the out-of-reach brands and jump up and down for each other when we sign the contracts.
We all play a part in each other's beautiful adventure. Be there for one another and use your connections to help those around you get further and further towards their life's goal.
Life is what you make it
There's nothing truer than this statement. I'll be honest, life sucks sometimes--like really sucks. But in those horrible seasons, life is really what you make it. You can choose to sit and dwell on the bad, or you can pick yourself back up and get back to your life. This is when community comes in. If I didn't have a community to really push me through the hard times, I don't know where I'd be. I give my family and church family the credit on this one, because they have seen me on my darkest of days, and yet they stand beside me, and help me through whatever it is I'm going through.

Community is everything
Ah community is everything. Without community, who is there to celebrate your happiest moments? Who is there to help you through those tough times? Your community of friends that you surround yourself with. I remember as I was searching for another job, I searched and searched for over a year until I felt that I was ready to accept one. My community surrounded me with prayer, encouragement, and never let me give up on my search, and they were the first to celebrate with me when I accepted the job I currently have.
We can't do it alone
You'd be a fool to think that you can live life alone. It takes a village to raise a baby, but it takes an even bigger village to get through life together. Be there for each other--and I mean really be there for each other as you go through different seasons. I also encourage you to build a community that is full of every season in life. Don't just be stuck in a community that is full of the same age group and with people that look just like you. Form a community with people that you can learn and grow from. My core community ranges in age from 24-mid 60's and different ethnicities, because I know how important it is to learn from different cultures and ages. Listen to the advice from people that are older than you--they know what they're talking about. They've been where you've been, and they are in your life for a reason--to help you get through life--together.
There's strength in numbers
Like I said, we can't do it alone and there is strength in numbers. Your community can be a group of five or a group of 100. Whatever you are blessed with, never take that community for granted. The more people you have surrounding you with love and prayer, the more support you have along the way. There is strength in numbers, and even more strength in community.
Community is truly everything--form your community full of people that love and support you, and you will be truly unstoppable in anything you choose to do.
