Hey there, friends! I feel like it's been forever since I've posted a true outfit post, because it's been so dang cold! It warmed up to a mere 40 degrees over the weekend, so Chris and I took advantage of the "warmer" weather and shot a few outfits!
This first post, I just had to share a dressy and a casual outfit with you. A lot of y'all voted on Instagram stories that you definitely wanted to see a Valentine's Day outfit, so here's my absolute favorite one! I will be sharing one other Valentine's Day outfit post with you guys later this week, and I'll also be sharing some of my all-time fav gifts as well.
If you don't know this about me, I love love to dress up. If I could wear heels every day, I totally would...except if I did, I'm pretty sure my feet and back would give out with all of the walking I do at work. Since a lot of you work in offices, I wanted to give you a style that is work appropriate, but still festive! My red pants are from holiday, but they still work--especially for V-Day.
My dress pants are so, so comfy, too! The bow tie-waist makes it even more feminine and gives the perfect girly touch. My sweater is the coziest thing in the entire world, and yes, there are hearts all over it, because why not?! I saw it when it first came out, and I was like eh, do I really need it?! Well, of course I did, so I got it. haha!
For my more casual outfit, I just paired my heart tunic sweater with my favorite dark denim and slides. It's still cute enough for a coffee date, galentine's day, or if you're more of a neutrals girl, but still want to be festive.
For my accessories, I have been loading up on my gold jewelry. I am obsessed with my new monogram necklace that Chris got me for Christmas. I have worn it every day since then!
My arm candy is my usual MK watch, J.Crew chain link bracelet, and I've also added a monogrammed bracelet from LOFT. My earrings are gold hoops, but you'll have to wait to see more details about them in my next Valentine's Day blog post. ;)
