How to use:
Shampoo with your favorite Pantene Shampoo.
I love, love Pantene's Daily Moisture Renewal Shampoo that you saw me use during my Pantene 14 Day Challenge, but this time I decided to try Repair & Protect Shampoo to really help combat my heat-damaged hair.
Use weekly instead of your normal conditioner
While in-shower, apply generously to fully saturated hair, root-to-tip. Consider where your hair sees the most damage and be sure to target that area. (For me, I focused most of it on my ends.) The product was formulated to prevent overdosing so unlike other hair treatments, no need to hold back! Use it all, girlfriend!
Leave in for 30 seconds
Rinse for 30 seconds (don’t over-rinse!)
I literally count to thirty to make sure I don't over-rise!
Now that your hair has been shampooed and conditioned, my best piece of advice is to let it air dry overnight if you can! If you don't have the time and need to blow dry it, I totally get it, but if you're able to let it naturally dry overnight, that's one less styling product damaging your hair.
One of my go-to styles lately has been a huge bow, because to me it says, sweet preppy summertime. Once I've curled my hair, I'll take the top of the back section and pin it back with two to three bobby pins. Then, I'll clip in my bow to hide the bobby pins and completely change the look of my hairstyle.
