FALL FASHION FRIDAY || HOW TO STYLE A GRAPHIC TEE FOR FALL

Happy October!!! Doesn't it feel so weird saying that it's the fourth of October already?! Now that things have finally settled down a bit with moving into our new home, it's time to hop right back into some style & beauty inspiration. It felt so weird not blogging all the time while we were moving, but don't you worry, I was working long hours each day to prep gorgeous inspiration content for you!

Hint: Stay tuned for our kitchen reveal next week!

For today's post and for the next few Fridays of fall, I'll be sharing fall fashion inspiration. I'm super excited because I'm partnering with some of my longest blog friends to share these looks so that we can bring to you several different looks and ways of styling each week! Be sure to look out for their outfit + blog post links at the end of my post.

My friend Alexis @ Alexis Buxton Living put together this group of lovely ladies, and I'm so happy that she did. I haven't done a fashion collab with other bloggers since I first started blogging. This Friday, we're all sharing how to style a graphic tee for fall!

I'll be honest, I don't have that many graphic tees, especially not as many as I would like, so I ran to Target to find one I liked! This tee was the first one I saw, and it was love at first PSL. haha!

This fall, we've had such weird weather--from 90 degrees one day to 60 the next, it's so hard to know what to wear, which is why I love to dress in layers. You can never go wrong with dark denim and a graphic tee, but you need something more to the outfit! I was headed to a pumpkin patch with friends, and what says fall + pumpkin patch more than plaid?! Nothing. Absolutely nothing, because plaid is the perfect go-to during the fall!

I tied it around my waist--good ol' 90's style, since it was 85 degrees when I shot this post, but when it got colder later on that evening, I had my plaid layering piece all ready to go!

My booties are new from Target. I actually got them the same day I got my graphic tee, and I feel like I'll be wearing them a lot this season. I realized I didn't have a single pair of brown booties anymore, so I figured you can't go wrong with Target style.

If you haven't been able to tell, my shirt says "Tis the Season" with a PSL. Honestly, it's the most basic tee in the world, and it fits me so well. haha! Even Chris was like, "Yup, this is the one!"

Lastly, for this fall and winter season, it's time to stock up on hats! They are so in this season, and I found the perfect dupe for the Brixton Joanna III hat that has been sold out at Nordstrom since the first hour of the Anniversary Sale. My hat is from Amazon and it's under $20!!

If you're looking for a graphic tee for your husband or boyfriend, grab them a camo tee! Chris has been loving his from Banana Republic.

Pro Tip: If you want your graphic tee to look less like a baggy tee, cuff your sleeves two times for a more refined look!
