I've never met a chunky knit sweater that I didn't like. As soon as the temps drop into the low sixties, my heart is as happy as it can be, and I'm all for a chunky sweater, layers, and hats.
For today's post, I've teamed up with some of my blogger besties for Fall Fashion Friday again, and we're all sharing this same chunky knit sweater, but in different colors, and of course, styled several ways. I hope y'all have been loving these style collabs. They're such a great way for you to see how to rock the current trends in many ways.
I went super basic with my look so that it can be replicated by anyone! When choosing styles for the blog, I'm all for affordable pieces that any budget can rock. That's why when all of us blogger besties discovered this sweater, we knew it would be great for everyone, and let me tell you, it looks amazing on us all! It's like the sisterhood of the traveling sweater. haha!
I went super monochromatic with my look, too. I wasn't planning on my outfit being that way, but in the end, I love it! As long as your pieces are in the same color family, put them together--they pull an outfit together so perfectly! There's also just something about brown tones that look amazing against the colors of fall.
Before shooting this post, I've had this sweater for about a month, and I have worn it so many different ways. Instead of light-wash high-waisted denim, I've also worn it with my high-waisted dark denim with studded sandals. I think it could also be darling as a chunky sweater over a dress & belted or over a skirt and belted. Its possibilities are endless and can be styled in so many different ways.
This particular sweater is a mock neck style, which is super trendy right now, not to mention cozy & warm as the temperatures continue to drop. I know a lot of people don't like mock necks & turtlenecks, but they're some of my favorites throughout the cooler seasons. This sweater also has a looser neck, so if you're worried about it being too tight, it definitely won't be!
The blogger besties crew have one last Fall Fashion Friday coming up next week, and I'm honestly going to be sad when it's over! Maybe I can convince them to do some during the holidays. ;) I'll link everyone's blogs/photos down below so that you can see how they styled it!
