As I've been working on updating things in our home, our bathroom has a few new additions, too. Our primary bedroom has been upgraded and it's in for one more transformation (stay tuned!!) to create the perfect serene atmosphere, so I knew our bathroom needed to match that spa, retreat aesthetic.
To create a spa aesthetic on a budget, here are a few key essentials that will take your bathroom from basic to boujee. I love adding natural elements when possible. I added a wooden tissue holder a couple of years ago and it adds the perfect amount of warmth, plus, it hides those ugly tissue boxes. Recently, I added bamboo and glass jars for cotton rounds, swabs, and floss picks.
My favorite addition to our bathroom is the Tushy 3.0 Bidet. I never thought I'd be fancy enough to have a bidet, but Tushy makes luxury attainable with their best-selling bidet attachment. It was easy to install. In less than ten minutes we went from opening the box to a functional bidet.

For ourselves, soft, fluffy towels are a must. They feel so much more luxurious than basic towels. Linens and towels are a must-have investment. I also love my new bathrobe. I got a waffle bathrobe and feel so fancy while getting ready in the mornings or while doing my skincare routine at night.
Upgrading your bathroom doesn't have to be a dramatic change. Simple changes over time will help create that spa atmosphere you've been dreaming of.
