Chris and I love to go to local coffee shops, but on Saturdays, sometimes all we want to do is stay home, sip coffee in our jammies, and watch TV all day. Ever since I started working full-time from home, having coffee around is a must. It's just not practical or budget friendly to head out to a coffee shop everyday, so I had to come up with creative ideas to make my home brewed coffee even more delicious. Over the weekend, Chris and I did just that. We discovered International Delight® One Touch Latte™ and how super easy they are to use and make home brewed coffee taste even better than the coffee shop!

In today's post, I'm going to share just how super easy it is to use International Delight® One Touch Latte™to create yummy flavored lattes, but as a bonus, I'm going to share a second custom latte recipe and my personal favorite fall/Holiday dessert, Caramel Pumpkin Cheesecake. Yumm!

Classic Caramel or Vanilla Latte

Experience the new One Touch Latte™ from International Delight®. It's the first-ever frothing creamer and it's super simple to use. In just three easy steps, One Touch Latte™ can help you turn your morning cup of coffee into a sweet, frothy latte...that tastes better than the coffee shop! Just point, press, and obsess. It's available in three delicious flavors: Vanilla, Caramel, and Mocha. Each can will make about seven lattes.

One // Fill your cup about 2/3 with coffee to leave room for froth.

Two // Shake the One Touch Latte™can.

Three // Press it, press it real good and hold the can above the coffee to cream to desired sweetness and enjoy!

If you want to make your at-home latte just a bit fancier, you can make a Salted Caramel latte!

One // Drizzle caramel on the rim and down the inside of your mug and add salt to the rim.

Two // Fill your cup 2/3 with coffee.

Three // Shake the One Touch Latte™can in the flavor Caramel.

Four // Press and hold the can above the coffee to cream.

Five // Drizzle caramel sauce on top of your froth for extra caramel delight!

No coffee date is ever complete without a dessert. My hubby and I have a thing for cheesecake, so much so, that Chris even referenced it in our vows. I thought it would be perfect for our at-home coffee date!

Caramel Pumpkin Cheesecake

What You'll Need

2 8oz. packages of cream cheese
1/2 cup of canned pumpkin
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
caramel sauce
pre-made graham cracker crust
crumbled spiced wafers
whipped topping

How To Make

Preheat oven to 350*

One // Beat cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla, and pumpkin spice in a large mixing bowl. I'm using a hand mixer for this recipe. Once all of these ingredients are blended together, add in the 2 eggs.

*Pro Tip: Use a spatula to swipe the sides of the bowl to make sure all of the ingredients are getting blended together.

Two // Pour into the pre-made graham cracker crust.

Three // Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Pull your cheesecake out and sprinkle the crumbled spiced wafers on top of the cheesecake. Put back in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes. The center of your cheesecake should be almost set & firm.

Four // Once the pan is cool, refrigerate for 3 hours.

Five // Slice, top with whipped topping, drizzle with caramel sauce, and enjoy!
