Table decor //

If you're anything like me, eating outside on a picnic table isn't always the prettiest sight, so I like to make it as pretty as it can be! I grabbed a tablecloth on the clearance rack a few months ago, and have been using it for so many picnics! It's the perfect way to cover a table and make for easy cleanup.

I also love adding some flowers! Flowers elevate the table in such a classy way. I love putting some inexpensive stems in a vintage mason jar, and it completely pulls the table together.

Serving dishes and serving utensils //

I know it's a picnic, but this is a styled picnic, so it's time to break out the pretty serve ware. The good thing is they don't have to be expensive! I've purchased mine on clearance racks and at discount stores, and they've been perfect for all of my dinner parties and picnics. If you don't want to use glass outdoors, you can get the ones that are hard plastic--just anything but aluminum serve dishes!!

Plates & utensils //

Of course, you're going to need plates and utensils! You can make it a fancy picnic with white glass plates or keep it casual (but styled!) with paper plates. There are so many darling patterns or simple white paper plates that you can buy to keep up the styled aesthetic. For utensils, there are so many fancy plastic utensils that will look gorgeous and make for easy cleanup!

A side dish //

Nothing says a picnic like a pasta salad! It's such a great dish to eat outside, especially when it is hot outside. I also love having a huge platter or bowl full of fresh fruits. Nothing says summertime like juicy watermelon.

Burgers with the fixin's //

If you didn't know this about me, I've been a vegetarian for almost two years now, but that doesn't stop me from eating a burger at the picnic. It's time to make room on the grill for America's #1 Veggie Burger Brand!

I'm so excited to share with you the NEW MorningStar Farms® Quarter Pound Veggie Burgers, delicious perfectly crafted that will fill your bun with MORE goodness. Each quarter-pound burger is perfectly seasoned and each bite is filled with plant-based protein and tasty veggies.

For our picnic, I decided to grab the MorningStar® Farms Veggie Lovers Burgers. A creative signature drink //

Whether it's a simple picnic or a fancy dinner party, a signature drink is a must-have in my book! It can be as simple as popping open a few bottles of hard cider or as refreshing as sparkling lemonade. I just love having an extra special drink for us all to enjoy.

Amazing friends & family to share your day with //

This is the best part of all. I love my friends and family. Any excuse to get together with friends and family is alright with me! I'm so happy that I'm able to spend as much time as I can with them and that they love being part of my fun blogging adventures. I think my in-laws loved this one the most since it involved food. 😉

  2. These tables are so tastefully decorated. Too bad I don't have such a sprawling backyard but this might look good on a roof-top party as well. :) Great photography.
